For 35 cents a week per citizen, you can now receive valuable feedback. You can now receive feedback from citizens directly into the system. In this way, you can prevent interruptions and ensure that citizens have the best possible experience during their stay with you.
You can create the questions and how often they should appear on the citizens’ mobile phones. The citizen clicks on the unique link provided. Once the citizen has answered the questions, they will be visible in their profile and there will be an indicator on the citizen list showing their average satisfaction with their treatment offer.
This ongoing user satisfaction survey can be used as an evaluation method on the offer portal.
