What you agree with us
Your data can be exported
Your data can be exported in full in a documented, machine-readable format without an export fee. This applies to shared hosting and Enterprise.
Indee ApS maintains the solution
We handle server operations, security updates, backups and ongoing maintenance of Validi. Enterprise is supplied with an operations agreement with Indee ApS.
Pricing is public
Setup and monthly hosting are priced separately. Scope is agreed before launch. The setup fee covers configuration of the solution and does not confer ownership of the software.
Access to Validi through the service agreement
Source code and software are not transferred for independent operation by the customer or a third party. Use of Validi is tied to the service operated and maintained by Indee ApS.
Questions about hosting and data
Where is our data stored?+
On encrypted servers in Denmark/the EU. CPR numbers are encrypted at rest and are never sent to external AI services.
Can we move from shared hosting to Enterprise?+
Yes. We agree setup and migration of your data to a dedicated installation. Indee ApS continues to handle operation and maintenance.
Do we receive the source code or software?+
No. Enterprise is a managed service. Customers receive access to use Validi, but do not receive the source code or software for independent operation or development.
Can our IT team or another supplier take over operations?+
No. Validi is offered with operation and maintenance by Indee ApS. A dedicated server does not change this, and independent self-hosting without Indee ApS is not offered.
Who handles updates and backups?+
Indee ApS does this as part of operations. We maintain the software, handle security updates and manage backups.
Can we add new departments?+
Enterprise has no limit on departments or staff. The setup package is scoped per legal entity, and your organisational structure is covered by the agreement.
What is the difference between our data and the Validi software?+
Your data includes case notes, documents and information you work with in the system. It can be exported. The Validi software processes and displays that information; it is not transferred when you export data or end the agreement.
What happens if we want to switch journal systems?+
You can export your data. Termination, access during the transition and handling of data at the end of the service follow your agreement. Source code, software and the server installation are not transferred for continued operation.
Can you help us move from our current system?+
Yes. We review the export format, data and documents with you and agree migration as part of setup.
What does the setup fee cover?+
Configuration, migration and go-live. The price is agreed in advance and assumes data in the agreed export format; deviations are priced before the contract. Setup is not a purchase of source code or software.

The setup packages apply to Enterprise with operation and maintenance by Indee ApS. The price is fixed and agreed in advance and includes configuration, migration and go-live. Setup does not confer ownership of the software.
You don't need a meeting to get any of these prices. That shouldn't be rare in this industry. It is.
