How to compare quotes
The market uses three pricing models: per user, per service user, or a flat licence independent of numbers. Which is cheapest depends entirely on the ratio between staff and places — a small service with many part-time staff and a large one with few full-time staff get very different answers from the same price list.
The biggest difference between two quotes is rarely the monthly price. Four things are worth getting in writing before you calculate:
What setup includes
Configuration, migration from the old system, and training. This is where otherwise similar quotes differ most.
What the modules you have not asked for yet will cost
Ask about the price of what you will probably need in a year — not only what you are buying today.
How the price is adjusted
Against which index, how often, and whether there is a cap. Without a cap, a low starting price tells you nothing.
What a data export costs
If it costs something to get out, that is part of the price of getting in.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
- Do we need a meeting to get a price?
No. Every price is on this page and applies as written. We are happy to walk you through the system if you want that — but you should not have to spend a meeting finding out what it costs.
- Is there a lock-in period?
Shared hosting has no lock-in. For Enterprise, termination and access follow your operations agreement with Indee ApS. Your data can be exported; source code and software are not transferred when the agreement ends.
- What does it cost to leave?
Exporting your data is free and can be done at any time, including on shared hosting from day one. Read about hosting and data. Data export does not include the Validi software or source code.
- Why are your prices public when others' are not?
Because a price that requires a meeting usually means it varies with who is asking. We would rather be comparable than be in a position to negotiate. It also makes it easier for you to justify a decision to a board or a commissioning authority.
- Why do new customers get a 3-month introductory discount?
